About Us

McCabe is a gifted artist who initially pursued an art foundation course before deciding to study fashion. Graduating from the Arts University Bournemouth,

“a very small university where I felt my skills and ideas could be nurtured. I had amazing tutors - one had worked closely with Lee Alexander McQueen and another a pattern cutter who worked with John Galliano - there was so much to soak up”.

After graduation he spent time with Vivienne Westwood and LVMH winner S.S. DALEY in London before returning home to reconnect with his Irish identity and heritage. A love of fashion was inherited from his Grandmother Anna, who was a dressmaker, and he now operates from her old sewing studio.

Passionate about home and the human experience, the ability to tell stories is at the heart of McCabe’s work. With his recent debut back in October of 2025 “P E R S O N A” shown in the dilapidated mansion of 12 Henrietta street Dublin, McCabe very quickly carved a name for himself showcasing a handmade collection - a femme fatale wave of tailoring, wayward knits and pure melancholy. Voted as “ONE TO WATCH” by the Irish Times!
