Production Time

Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping as everything is handmade and made to order! Where possible we will aim to ship sooner. (Please note whatever shipping method you select, the delivery time does not account for the production time to make your order!)

Delivery

Once your order has been completed it will be processed within 1-3 working days. We will personally package and gift wrap your order as they are being sent out. For International customers, Caólum McCabe is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes arising from posting to your country. Returns

We hope you love any product you purchase from us. However, in the event that you wish to return an item, when you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).

Goods must only be returned if they are unused, unopened, in their original condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery. If you would like to amend details to your order, make a cancellation, exchange or refund, please contact us at our temporary email alias at caolum@icloud.com

A registered post label must be attached to the delivery. Please make sure that you receive a “proof of posting” certificate from your post office or courier. Please note all items must be returned as new, unworn and returned in its original packaging.
